Sorry I can't help with your query. I've come up with a bit of more info on the Burkes from Scranton PA. The mother of my great-grandmother, Theresa Burke (born in Scranton abt. 1880) was named Mary. Mary was born somewhere in NY about 1860. I don't know, as yet, Mary's maiden name or what Mary's husband's name was. Mary's name was listed as Mary B. Burk (no "e" on the end) in the 1910 census for Scranton. Mary had at least one more daughter, Elizabeth ("Lizzie"), who was born about 1886 in Scranton PA.

Lizzie married a John NEARY (born abt. 1885 in PA). They had at least two children Sadie (short for "Sarah?"), who was born about 1907 in Scranton & Joseph, who was born about 1910, in Scranton.

Sadie married a Francis ("Frank") FLAHERTY.
