My name is george bumstead,I would be very grateful to anyone who could provide me with information about my ggg grand father william edward bumstead from west Ashford,Kent.
The only info I have on him so far is that he died in 1845 at the age of 39, he had two sons Jonathan and Richard(my gg grand father who was married to Mary Smith). Richard died in 1860 and Mary married Alfred Longhurst.

Hi,My name is Keith Roberts.Richard Bumstead is also my gggrandfather thro' my mother Gladys Bumstead.I'm afraid I do not have any more information than you about William Edward except he may have had a son,Johnathon.It is just nice to know that somebody else is researching the Bumstead tree.
