I am trying to trace my family roots. I can only trace my roots back to my g-grandfather. His name was Walter Lyall 1892-1974. Walter's father was originally a Bumgarner, but the children took the Lyall name when his mother remarried a Lyall. Walter had 2 sibilings named Bud and Zani.
Unkown Bumgarner-Lyall moved the family to Greenbriar Ohio. Walter stayed behind and made his family in Ashe County North Carolina. If you have any infromation on Walter, his parents, or siblings- please let me know.
