I'd like to trade info on this family- I have pictures of them and their sons, but can't find anything on them before 1860.
Leander Monroe Bumgarner, b. around 1817-1820 in NC, parents also born in NC, married to Elizabeth Laudermilk before 1845(?), possibly in NC or TN; she was b. around 1824 in NC, parents also born in NC.

2. William, b. about 1846 in TN
3. Winfield Scott, b. Jan 1849 in TN, married Jane, children Maggie, Maud, Atha.
4. Amanda Jane, b. about 1851-1854 in IL
5. Augustus, b. Jul 1853 in IL, married Ellen Williamson, children Elma Kate, Clarence, Frank H.
6. Leander Monroe, b. Oct 1856 in IL, married Flora E, children William, Ellis, Bessie, Byron.
7. James or Westley, b. 1859 in IL
8. Mary/Mollie F, b. 1861 in IL
9. Elizabeth, b. 1863 in IL
10. Thomas, b. 1866 in IL
11. Leaf, b. Jan 1868 in IL, married Eva M, children Russell, Harold, Lucile.

I am particularly interested in their son Augustus, my husband's GGgrandfather, and would love to get info on previous generations.
