In my line Thomas and Ann Russell Whann had two children that they gave the middle name of Buckingham. One was Margaret Buckingham Whann b. 17 Jan 1796 in Chester Co., PA and the other was William Buckingham Whann b. 15 Sept 1807 in Chester Co., PA.
We believe Ann's father was Thomas Russell but we don't know her mother's name. Would you have any Buckingham that married a Thomas Russell?
