Mathias/Matthias Brownewell/Brownawell

I've seen both spellings of the first and last name on records I have dug up. Mathias Brownewell was a Revolutionary War Soldier. He died in Cumberland County, PA in September 1829. It appears he had, at least, the following children:
Henry, John and Catherine/Elizabeth

I am a descendent of Catherine/Elizabeth. I have just begun researching this line. I have collected a bit of information from Cumberland County, but haven't been able to match the individuals up yet. Any interest?
