I am researching my ancestor, Thomas Brown, born 28 June 1773 in VA. He married Nancy Litton 5 Nov. 1795 at Tinker's Creek, Botetourt Co., VA., and died before 1866 in Nameless, Jackson Co., TN. His children were: John/Jackie, Lockey, Feraby, Dudley, Henderson, Lucinday, Jimmerson, Mercillia, and Milton. Lockey Brown, my ancestor, married Amon Hale about 1813. I need proof as to the parents of Thomas Brown and/or Nancy Litton.
