Charles and Mary had six children: Charles Alfred, Emma Alice, George Washington, Johnny & Ellie (could have been twins) and one other. Twins and other child all died in infancy. Mary Eleanor (gerth) Brown's parents were Anne or Anna Day, and Christian Gerth. My family bible has T. N. Gerth as Anna's husband...could have been married to both?
