I am just beginning to do genealogical research on my ancestors, and am interested in corresponding with anyone who might have additional or conflicting information about the Brosch, Lange, Wehrmeister, and Schroeder families.
I'm specifically looking for information about Emma Brosch (birth/death/marriage dates & places unknown) who married William Lange (b. ~1884, d. ~1950).
Emma Brosch and William Lange had a son named Walter Carl Lange (b. 03-05-1908 in Detroit, MI; d. 01-05-1963 in Taylor, MI; buried in Glen Eden Cemetery in Livonia, MI).
Walter Carl Lange married (date/place unknown) Hazel Genevieve Wehrmeister (b. 10-04-1909 in Detroit, MI; d. 10-15-1968 in Taylor, MI; buried in Glen Eden Cemetery in Livonia, MI).
Walter Carl Lange’s parents were William Lange (b. ~1884, d. ~1950) and Emma Brosch (birth/death dates unknown, marriage date/place unknown).
William Lange’s parents were Godfrey Lange, Jr (b. ~1850 in Germany, marriage/death dates unknown, as well as place of death and burial site) and Caroline Schroeder (birth/marriage/death dates unknown, as well as place of death and burial site).
Godfrey Lange, Jr’s father was Godfrey Lange, Sr (b. ~1820 in Germany, d. in 1898 (marriage date unknown, as well as place of death and burial site), but his mother (and her information) are unknown.
Hazel Genevieve Wehrmeister’s parents were Gustav Rudolph Wehrmeister (b. 12-18-1872 somewhere in Germany, d. 05-16-1946 in Detroit, MI; burial site unknown) who married (on 11-04-1900) Evelina Ludvine York (b. 03-31-1876 in Poughkeepsie, NY; d. 09-24-1938; place of death and burial site unknown).
Gustav Rudolph Wehrmeister’s parents were Frederick Wehrmeister from Germany (birth/marriage/death dates unknown, as well as place of death and burial site) and Justine Tuchel (spelling uncertain) of Germany (birth/marriage/death dates unknown, as well as place of death and burial site).
Evelina Ludvine York’s parents were Fred York of West Prussia (birth/marriage/death dates unknown, as well as place of death and burial site) and Wilhelmina Lapinski (birth/marriage/death dates unknown, as well as place of death and burial site).
