Dona,
Would you have info. on a Rev. War soldier named John Broome b. ca. 1752 (Maryland?) who supposedly had 2 wives (names unk.) who enlisted in the Rev. War from Romney, Hampshire Co.,Va. & received land for his service in Washington Co.,Oh. & was still living in 1820. I'm trying to find out if he had by his 1st wife a dau. Nancy Ann Broome b. 1782 (Maryland?) who married a Jonathan Melvin & lived in Lawrence Co.,Oh. & a son Edward Broome b. ca. 1790's (Va. or Md.?) who may have married 7/11/1816 Gallia Co.,Oh. to Jane Harris & also lived in Lawrence Co.,Oh.
If I have this supposed right, would like more info. on this John Broome, such as where in Maryland he was from, who his wives were & any ancestry on him, & if he had any other children.
Thanks for your help.
