Robert Brooks, age 89, of Union City ,Erie County, Pa,
passed away Friday, December 19, 2014, at St. Vincent Health Center.
He was born in Hazen, Pa. on May 2, 1925,
son of the late Walter and Anna Brooks. Bob was employed at American Meter until his retirement. He was very family-oriented and enjoyed gardening and spending time on the computer. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WWII. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Brooks; two daughters, Deborah Kucharski and Diane Jaskowitz (Dennis); four sons, Ken (Pat), Tom, Fred (Gloria), and Frank Brooks (Tammy); two brothers, Walter and Joe Brooks; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Donald Brooks; and nine brothers and sisters.
