Hi I am not a Brinlee descendent but my ancestor that is my brick wall was in a trail with George Brinlee,Hiram Brinlee and , And Thomas C. Baker. My ancestor is James Baker. They were accused of murder in Red River County Texas before it was split up. I can't locate my ancestor after 1840. Can anyone of you tell me how the trial turned out and what year it was? Thanks for the help.
