My grandfather born about 1865 Charlie C Bridges .On his marriage lic listed his father as Julius C Bridges and his mother as just Mary. He married Berta Julia Carneal in Richmond Virginia.We knew little about this man. On his marriage lic he stated he was born in Middlesburg Ky.
Which was at the time in Bell Co. We know he lived in GA.Fl.Ky.Va. and Washington D.C.I Found alisting of a Julius C Bridges marriage in Marion Co. Fl.in the later part of the 1800's.
