Has anyone read the article "Ancestry of Edward Holyoke" that appeared in New England Historic Genealogical Society Register vol 147 from 1993?? I am specifically interested in p. 33 which lists Elizabeth Wilcox (bp 1590) who married John Bridges in Alcester (bp 1588 in Alcester). It states that John Bridges father was Anthony Bridges and that Elizabeth and John Bridges had 10 children all born in Alcester as well.
One of the children listed is Matthew, esquire bp. 15 April 1620. I am wondering if this is the same Matthew who emmigrated to MA and married Anne (or Anna) Danforth????

Does any one have any thoughts or additional support for this?
