Wow! Im so surprised at how many names are here. I'm new here so forgive me if I make a mistake. My Grandparents Hollie Brickey and Edith Ball(368383), they lived in West Virginia. My dad said they could see and hear a nearby Union Carbide plant. Hollie worked in a coal mine untill he became ill with Black lung. Hollie fathered two seperate families thats all I know of the other children, very hush hush ya know. He had so many children with my grandmother that I cant count them. I hope that doesn't offend my adopted uncle, I think his name is David and he is said to be an Engineer for a coal mine. Anyway Hollie died an unnatural death and there was a investigation. I think dad said it was in Florada. I do know that I have or had a Great Uncle Gaylord my dad tells me that I'm just like him. Bla bla bla. My Father and Mother are Leroy Brickey and Norma Jean Murry(175081) Ok I'm writing this because everyone is in the first and second book except me and I dont want to be left out. My older sibs are Denise, Michael(decesed) and Kimberly. They are in the book. I was born 2/3/1970. I dont know the whole family around my Grandmother The youngest sib of my dad, Kenneth Wayne Brickey, died a few years back. He has two boys Kenneth Wayne Jr. and Lee Alan, and they have children. Those two carried the family name my brother and myself did not. There are alot of us in the family, but the others are from my aunts, and I dont know them. Some one should keep track of them because alot have died in the last 8 years. I think its a California thing. If your someone keeping track, alot of us were born and died here in Modesto, Stanislaus County. County records are free online and were all listed, even the marriages. One thing I would like to know from anyone is if you know of any other Brickey relatives that Have Bi-polar Disorder. I have read that it is hereditary and I know thats true because several in my tribe have it. I am just curious about how far back in the family tree it does go. Also where do the families seperate? Two towns over there are Brickeys but my grandmother says were not related. My dad is Leroy Brickey and he is always getting packages, mail and phone calls for the other Leroy Brickey. Its funny because over the years they keep moving to the same towns but they don't ever see each other. If your a cousin please e-mail me I would love to here about where you live. My little town is dull and yucky and the cops are like Nazi SS troopers.
