My Grandma was a Stager, I am researching the same line, we still live in Ohio. I go back to Fredrick's grandfather, Henry Stager b. 1680 in Germany. That is as far back as my mother and I have gotten. I do have information on this line and their relatives. We have always spelled it Stager, then before that Steager, then it was Stiger but for the sake of argument, I put Stager on my research.
