I am currently searching for any information regarding Clifford David Bressette Sr. from North Tonowanda, NY. Born in 1906 and died in 1977 (IAW the SSDI). We believe that Clifford or his father was adopted in North Port, Quebec, Canada. Clifford married Beatrice Meckes from PA. around 1925. This is all I know. I have not been able to trace any further back than my Grandfather.

Donald, Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. I have been researching for quite some time now and am just really beginning on the Bressette side of the family. It has been very difficult up to this point. It is my understanding, Clifford David Bressette Sr, (My or our Grandfather) was adopted but I cannot confirm this. The other idea I have is to track down either a birth or marriage certificate for Beatrice or Clifford in the hopes that the information I seek will be on the document. I eagerly await a reply.
