I am looking for history of my grandmother, Hattie Melvina Brendle. She had brothers named Jim, Pearson, and a sister named Clemmie (I think). My grandmother was Lavada Green-Seay and was born on the reservation from what I have been told. Does anyone have any information that will help me?

My grandmother was a Brendle from Swain County. Her grandfather was Henry Pearson Brendle. I always wondered how he got the name Pearson. You mented a Brendle being born on a reservation. I'm interested in learning more about that. Perhpas we can share information. I have a lot of family history on them.
