I'm looking for connections to Hannah Breeding who was born about 1823 in Finney, VA. She married John Cook (b. about 1819 in Finney) They had a son D. K. Cook (born 1845 in Finney. He married Mahalia Campbell and their daughter Rachel Elmira Cook is my great grandmother. They also had a son George R. Cook. Rachel married Henry Clinton Smith and their son Stafford George Smith is my grandfather. He was born in 1885 in Cleveland, VA.

I am unable to find "Finney, VA" on any map. I am also aware that there are relatives who have the surname Finney. Any help here?
