Surnames: Brannon Phillips Wren Brannan Bramm
Anderson R Brannon is also my 3x Great Grandfather.
Everyone that I know has hi the same brick wall.

I know he served in the 12th Regiment, Alabama Cavalry. His wife, Mary Ann 'Polly' collected a Confederate Pension up to about 1914 probably her time of death.

I can not find where Anderson or Mary Ann 'Polly' are buried. Or where Anderson was born.

Approx 1850 they moved to Jackson Parish, LA. They returned to Alabama after a diphtheria epidemic killed all of their children born over a ten year period.
Sarah Jane and Aaron were actually born in Jackson Parish, LA.

Anderson died on the same day he announced he was running for Commissioner.

I am a descendant of his daughter Mary Rebecca who married John Franklin Wren.

If you have any new information please let me know.
