I am looking for kids names etc. and death info for Walter W Brandon, b abt 1838 in Alabama to John Brandon and Elizabeth Henson. I have a lot of info on the family, but I do not have death info on parents or female sibs, or specifically Walter, who was the 2nd oldest son. I only have his kids initials.
I would like to know when he went to Texas and if he died in TX or Ark or elsewhere, and if anyone knows of descendants.

TIMELINE OF KNOWN, for Walter Wadsworth Brandon
1838 records say born in Alabama (family was from Roane Co TN previously)
(presumed traveled with family from Al through TX, and moved to Missouri abt 1845)
1850 US census records, age 12, Dallas Co MO
1860 US census age 22, Benton, Polk Co MO
*parents were in Franklin MO in 1868 state census
1870 US census age 31, Gray, White Co Arkansas (living with wife, dau Mary E, and youngest brother Hugh Francis Brandon age 18)
1880 US census, age 42, Big Creek, Sebastian Co Ark with wife and kids born in Ark: Mary E 10, E.L. dau 8, T.E. dau 6, F.P. son 4, and L.V. dau 1 - born in Texas.)

I have no records for any family members after 1880
*I have a military record that may or may not be him:
Texas 15th Cavalry, CSA *W. W. Brandon served with the CSA in the 1st Regiment, Mississippi Infantry (Johnston's.)
*oral tradition says that the Brandon siblings left Searcy Arkansas and moved to Texas in 1870, and I have records of three brothers Charles L., John Adam and Hugh F. in Texas by 1874)
*Eldest brother Charles Brandon names a son after him, and so there is also a Walter Wadsworth Brandon b 1860 in Ca-1936 TX. That Walter W had a son he named Walter L Brandon 1886 TX (lived on OK) d1950 TX.

Any help finding more info out would be greatly appreciated. Especially death records for parents or Walter or his wife/kids!

Thanks as always, and happy hunting,
Diane
