Philip E. BOWHAY Age 76 of Bellingham, passed away, October 19, 2001 after a long illness. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Marlene.

There will be a Celebration of his life Saturday, October 27, 2001 at 1 p.m. at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy, 1702 Pacific Ave., Everett, WA.
