Looking for any info on Perrin Bowen. He was married to Hannah Tyree and had Perrin Tyree Bowen bn 1814. These Bowens are listed as Mullatos. About 1860 Perrin Sr. goes back to VA and marries a woman named Manierva she is only 21 and he is between 45-55. Now he's carrying himself as "Black" as Maneriva is Black. Hannah was listed as White. Their daughter Lucinda Tyree Bowen married George Washington Collins in eastern KY. George is my GG Grandfather. George and Lucinda were married in 1865 in the MME Chruch. I don't know what the MME Church stands for either but it's listed as a Black Church. George is listed as White. Please Help Thanks Lori.
