Anyone with any information on Macon County, Illinois or Dallas, Texas Bourquins please contact me. I am trying to find the parents or siblings of Jules (Julius) Bourquin b. Nov. 1846 in Switzerland. He left Macon, Illinois around 1875 and settled in Dallas, Texas. In 1870, Julius was living a few dwellings down from a Peter Bourquin age 45 from Switzerland. There is a family of Bourquins living at this time in McLean County, Illinois not far from Macon County, Illinois.
