I am only guessing, but there was a Etienne Hymel, born 1796 St. Charles Parish, La, he was married to Salomie Bourg, born abt. 1795, they had a son Etienne born about 1815, could Etienne be the first or second name of Joseph Hymel who was married to Emerante Bourg, daughter of Jean Baptiste Bourg abd Clarisse Daigle.
