One of my gr-gr-gr-grandmothers was Marie Clemence Langlois. She married Jean Baptiste Pilette on 25 Nov 1823 at Assumption church in Sandwich, Ontario. According to the church record, her parent's names were Augustin Langlois and Angelique Bourbeau. I can't find Marie Clemence's baptism or her parent's marriage in the Assumption church records, so I guess they were not from that parish. I can't find the parents in the PRDH or "Genealogy of the French Families of the Detroit River Region". Are these names familiar to anyone?
