Lori,
This is a real "shot in the dark", but when my grandparents were married in Dalhousie, New Brunswick on Jan. 28, 1901, the priest signed his name Rev. A.A. Boucher. They were married at the Restigouche Church of Dalhousie. It was a Catholic ceremony after publishing Banns. It shows his residence as Dalhousie. I got this information in May after visiting the Provencial Archives in Fredricton, N.B. I was searching for any possible information on my grandparents, Daniel Harrigan and Catherine Duff. I noticed the name Boucher because that is my maiden name and I am also doing research on the Bouchers. My Boucher family that I am working on is from Illinis and Pennsylvania.
The marriage certificate and registration was found in the Restigouche County records in the year 1901. The number of the microfilm is 15597 and page, or sheet # 001974. There are two different pages with his signature. Hope that this will be a little help to you and might answer a question, or two.
