I have come into possession of some old tin-type photos taken in
Rockdale County,
Georgia. The old photo album has the name "B.J. Born,
Sheffield,
GA" on the front page. However, one of the photos, a boy, has the name “W.T. Aycock” signed on a piece of paper behind it. I know the Born,
Lucas, and
Aycock families were very close (there were several marriages among them.). In fact, many of them from the period are buried at what is called the Born/Lucas/Aycock cemetery in Rockdale.
