I just was looking through this website out of curiousity and thought I may have some items of interest to someone researching the Booz family. I am the great-great-great granddaughter of John Green Booz b. 1834 and Mary Whitman-Townsend Booz b. 1837. Their daughter Fanny May Booz b. 1864 is my great great grandmother. I know on November 2nd 1903 they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary while living in Ottumwa, Iowa. I beleive their children included, Walter, Herbert, Ella, Kit, Maggie, Mamie, Alice as well as Fanny Mae. I have a wonderful photograph of these people that I would be happy to share with anyone who beleives these people may be Ancestors. I had a distant cousin that shared photos and geneology information with me and I haven't ever really been interested before.
