Do you have access to those letters or is there somewhere on the internet you can look at them or find something about them and their contents?

No, the book I got this info from only lists the article as it appeared in the newspaper. The only info you can get from this is that George Bonecutter was in southern Ohio in 1816 (or, that some one believed him to be there and that is why they sent him a letter to that Post Office).
