Looking for any indication of which part of Austria/Galicia my great-grandfather came from. The last name is spelled a number of different ways. So far I have found: birth (~1881), date of arrival (1899), date of marriage to Katyryna/Katerina (Jan. 23, 1903), patent grant to 6-1-9E (Arbakka, Manitoba), death in 1921 at age 41.
