Granville Albert was related to Carl Albert (Speaker of the US House of Representatives). He had extensive genealogy records for his family. Perhaps you can pick up a clue from his genealogy.
Ruthie was the daughter of Allen Stanton and Susan Lyle. She was married to Elias Boatwright, John Tracy, and Edward(?) Mosely (Moseby) about 1896. John Tracy's WWI record is available also, though not much info there regarding family.
