I am looking for the parents of Allen (Allan) C. Blower. Born abt 1888-1890 in Ohio, probably Columbiana Co.

1920 census, East Liverpool Columbiana Co. Ohio

1930 home is the same except Allan C. is Allen C. age is 39. His wife Pearl (Wurzel) Blower married second to Phillip Capehart. Not sure, believe Allen and Pearl were divorced. Their daughter Pearl E. Blower was my husband's grandmother.

Other Blower homes in 1930 East Liverpool, Columbiana Co Ohio are Harry A. 45 b. Ohio, Frederick E. 43 b. Ohio. I believe they maybe brothers of my Allen. There are two Blower men in East Palestine Columbiana Co OH, Edward age 43 b. Pa and W. Arthur age 52 b. Pa. All were married and had children.

In 1920 only other Blower in East Liverpool besides Allen Blower is Herman Blower age 64, widow, birth 1855 Germany, daughter age 30 (can't read her name) Elia V. daughter age 24, grand-daughter Elina age 6, and boarder Daniel Clark age 74, b. Pa.

In 1910 census no Blower surname comes up in Columbiana Co., but the name Daniel Clark, age 64 b. Pa, head of house is indexed Heman Blower, Daniel Clark is listed as Heman's brother-in-law. When I search for this Blower household it does not come up. Soundex, first name, surname, I have searched for it dozens of ways.

In 1880 census Allegheny Co Pa there is a Hermon Blower age 25 b.Hanover, wife Mary Blower age 25 b. Pa and daughter Fanny age 1.

Any info to connect Allen to a Blower line would be appreciated.
