There is a DNA available for females (and males): Mitochondrial DNA (MTDNA). This is passed on through the female line ie it is inherited from your mother, who in turn inherited it from her mother. It wouldn't help you with your Blackstone line. That would really require a brother, father, uncle or male Blackstone cousin testing.
