Edith Fain Bates b. 18 Jan 1924 - d. 12 July 2013
Edie was a desc. of Francis Marion Bishop and Mary Ann Lavinia Laws. She was a longtime and tireless family researcher, member of Huguenot Soc., DAR, First Families of TN and many historical societies, She published a book on her line of the Bishop family in 2012 and was always ready to share her research and help newfound family members.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
