Unfortunately, "Mr. Bisher/Bischer" isn't much to go on... We've been tracking every Bishir/Bisher/Bischer we can find for a while now and there are several different (and unrelated) Bisher families in Iowa about the time Madge was born. Some descend from the Bishirs of Highland Co., Ohio, some come down from the ones in Northern Ohio, and some were from recent immigrants from Germany that show up in the censuses. Just click on the names that are similar to Bisher. I think you're probably going to need to find the marriage record for Mr. Bisher and Madge before you can start to nail this down.
