For the past couple of hours this morning I have been reading the various postings that all of you Billions researchers (and my cousins) have been making so decided that I would drop in to let you know that you have another cousin out here.

Though I have exchanged information with Linda Ward Partridge in the past I have never met any of you. Regretabley, I did not get too involved with this families research for various reasons. One of which was that I was just starting to get involved with the Lewter research and that has evolved into a porject, with other family members, of up-dating a book on the Lewter/Luter families first published back in 1974.

I am decended thru Nancy b. Feb. 3, 1834, in Lincoln County, Tn. and d Jan. 17, 1921. She married Jeremiah H.W. Lewter Dec. 7, 1854, in Limestone County, Al. Nancy was a dau. of Littleton Billions/Billings and Nancy (?) of Lincoln County, Tn. and Limestone County, Al.

There is an Arthur W. Billions that I would like to find some info on. Do any of you have him in your data bases? I have no information on him other than he married Lila Lewter (Lutha Elusia Leona Delila Mae Lewter). Their wedding announcement appeared in the Fayetteville Observer on Jan. 5, 1911. Any help on this family member would be greatly appreciated.

My mothers family has remained in the Lincoln/Giles County area of Tn and the Limestone/Madison County area of Al. Though a few have lived in the Dacatur area.

Well, mainly, I just wanted to introduce myself. Looking forward to meeting more cousins.
