My grandmother's uncle, William Morgan married Millicent Ruth Heaven. She had a sister Emily Heaven who married Charles Bidmead, who were your Leopold's parents.
Emily and Millicent's parents were Samuel and Mary Ann Heaven both from the Berkeley area of Gloucestershire.
