My Pitcher relatives came from Wayne County, New York and my great, great, great grandfather was Jacob Pitcher, whose father was Hendrick Pitcher, also known as Henrich Bitzer (wife- Catharina Kuhn) the son of Wilhelm Betzer (Also known as William Pitcher) wife Magdalena Donsbach, the son of Peter Pitcher Betzer, wife- Anna Catherina Phillips, the son of Hermann Betzer and Elsen Frantz, who came over during the Palatine Immigration in 1710.
