The 1891 Census for Manitoba lists Mrs. McIntosh as Emily.

From Petty OPR:

John Gilbert Gollan son of John MCINTOSH and Betty GOLLAN in Gollanfield was born 13th and baptised 28th of November. Witnesses John GOLLAN Esq. of Gollanfield and Wm. MCINTOSH there.
