I am Looking for infromation on Leoadore Romeo Bertrand I believe he was born in 1917 either in California or Illinois. He served in the navy during world war 2 on the arizona though was on furlow during the attack. I am not sure, but I believe his parents names were Fredrick & Evlyn Bertrand he died in 1969. I am trying to find infromation on my family history and have very little to go on
