OK, I am looking now for the parents of a Floyd A. Bernard who was born in California in 1907. His mother's maiden name was Silver. His father was listed in the census as being "from the US" but no state was mentioned.

Floyd may have a sister, Effie, who is an aunt (probrably Kenneth's aunt).

If anyone can point me to the proper counties to look for Oklahoman Bernards in the late 1800's and early 1900's, I would really appreciate it.
