I know my family descended from Quebec. My Grandfather is Ernest Bernard of RI. My great grandfather was John Bernard and his father Francois Bernard also was from the St Neree area. Francois's father was Antoine Gonthier Bernard. The name changed from Gonthier to Bernard down the line and I'm trying to put my line all together
