Hello, My Grandmother was born in Garrick County, and lived most of her life in Kent County.Her parents lived in and around Allengany, and Garrick County.I know of an area near Backbone Mountain where a group of Bernards lived, and I'm sure this is the area she is from.It's hard for me to gather information long distance (I live in California),although I plan a trip to the area soon.
