Well, here I am again cousins...I am now looking for info on James Benzie, b. bef. 1780, d. bef. 1857, m. Jane Barr February 10, 1804 in Glasgow, Scotland. They had 6 children, Catherine, b. 1806; Jean b. 1807; Anne b. abt.1811; James, b. abt. 1817; Anne b. abt. 1817; and Alexander b. abt. 1818. Alexander was my g+ grandfather, m. Mary Johnston abt. 1838 in Scotland. I have only recently found info on James and Jane, thanks to a reply on a message board but once again I have hit the wall. Any help will be appreiciated.
