Looking for any information to verifiy relationships of Edouard Benoit married to Hortense Mainville in 1847..and his relationship to Jacques Benoit who was godparent to a son Edouard baptized 4 Feb 1849 in St. Cesaire. If any can verify who the Godmother was on that record it would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to determine if Jacques was father or brother of Edouared Sr. Thanks for any help.
