The Paul Benoit that Im related to, is in his early thirties, so he must not be the right one. I am very interested in getting to learn more about my family, where they came from, and I'd like to find my family's crest one of these days. All I know about my side of the the family, is that we came from france. I was told that none came from Canada, but im skeptical about that. I come from a line of three Robert Benoits before me. The earliest I know, is about my great-grandfather, who has the same name as I. Robert Joseph Benoit. Both my grandfather and father are named Robert Edward Benoit. My father was born in Springfield, MA in I believe 1952. I know he even lived in California for a while. I'd like to find out more information as far back as I can...and eventually find the family crest.
