Hi my name is Kasey, my mother's family is Benoits and alot of them live in vermont.My mothers cousin whose name is Jay Benoit is doing extensive research on the Benoit name and has said that Benoits are french-Canadian. Also he has located the family crest. I am not sure if we tie into you or not, but i assume somewhere down the line we do.
