I bequeath all my personal estate to my wife Susana Behealer during her natural life and widowhood to raise my children. It is my request my executor give to each of my children as they reach the age of 21, a cow and bead (bed?) (viz) William and James BEHELER and Polly Lucy Sarah Nancy Elizabeth and Susana BEHELER (there are no commas between these names).
Wife Susana, executor. Witt: John Fishburn, Abraham S. Boyd, James Tracy and Jacob Teel.
A deposition was ordered taken from James Tracy, the only living witness, now living in the State of Illinois.
