Georgetown, MS (Copiah County)
Margie Beasley, 86, passed away on March 30, 2015, at University of Mississippi Medical Center. (Hinds County) Visitation will be 2pm-3pm Thursday at Georgetown Baptist Church.(Copiah County) Services will be 3pm Thursday at Georgetown Baptist Church with burial at Georgetown Cemetery. Stringer Family Funeral Services in Crystal Springs is handling arrangements. Mrs. Beasley was a native of Carthage, MS (Leake County) but, lived most of her life in Copiah County where she was a very devoted homemaker, wife and mother. She was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church for over 60 years. The family would like to thank the staff of Copiah Living Center and Dr. Randy Hankins for the care that was given to Mrs. Beasley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Beasley. Margie Beasley is survived by son, Kevin Beasley (Debbie Greer); grandchild; Carling Martin; brother, Rev. Jack Troutman; and great grandchildren, Carleigh Barnes and Kolton Barnes. -
